Mark Pearce is the Head of UK & European Property at Probitas 1492. They qualified with a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of Central Lancashire and began their career as a Graduate Business Management Trainee at Royal & SunAlliance in 2000. Over the years, they gained extensive underwriting experience in various roles, including at QBE Insurance, where they led a successful property portfolio development in the Southern region. Mark is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
