Prior experience includes serving as President and CEO of GPS Outfitters Inc. from June 1997 to September 2016, as well as Technical Publications Manager at Garmin International between 1993 and 1997. Dave Ryberg also founded and led Flagship Publishing Inc., an advertising agency catering to the electronics and boating sectors, and held the position of Technical Editor at Boat America Corporation from 1987 to 1990. Dave Ryberg holds a Graduate Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a BS in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
