Coaching serves as a dynamic, short-term solution that emphasizes specific goals while equipping you with a toolbox of viable options for current and future challenges. I offer several programs for connection and growth: the "Replanting Lives" program for those affected by a loved one’s SMI or SBD, the "Live" program for parents grieving a child lost to suicide, SMI, or SBD, and the "Grieving One Day at a Time" program for those mourning someone battling SMI or SBD.

I am committed to providing a powerful framework for those navigating the unpredictable journey of brain disease in their significant others. The fallout may be life-changing, but it also opens the door to develop a new set of skills and attitudes. Problems to Progress is your blueprint for building strength in individuals, families, and professionals alike.

Define success in your life and become your own greatest advocate. Embrace the power to reframe problems into solutions. With a profound understanding of the challenges faced by those impacted by serious mental illness (SMI) or substance use disorder (SBD) in their loved ones, I founded a nonprofit to develop resources for support. My mission now focuses on empowering individuals and families through transformative coaching.
