Rachel Beams

Rachel Beams is the Head of Neurodevelopmental Post Diagnostic Services at ProblemShared, where they are currently managing a multidisciplinary team and developing evidence-based services for ADHD. Previously, Rachel served as a Neurodevelopmental Team Lead at Healios, focusing on training future practitioners and enhancing company culture as a Healios Ambassador. With extensive experience in mental health, Rachel has worked in various nurse roles, including ADHD and CAMHS practitioner, and has a strong background in clinical supervision and therapy. Rachel holds multiple qualifications in nursing and is pursuing advanced studies in evidence-based practice at the University of Exeter.
