ProboTalent, powered by IBM Watsonx AI, is transforming talent acquisition through ethical, data-driven, and highly efficient hiring solutions. Our platform streamlines recruitment using Insights+, delivering AI-generated job descriptions, digital reference checks, and deeply tailored assessments that provide a 360-degree view of every candidate.

Our customizable assessments—covering cognitive, behavioral, technical, and situational dimensions—evaluate problem-solving ability, cultural alignment, role-specific competencies, and real-world decision-making. With Watsonx AI at the core, these tools surface hidden strengths, gaps, and key insights to help recruiters make smarter, faster decisions with precision.

Insights+ analyzes all inputs and outputs comprehensive reports with aggregated scores, highlighting top candidates and flagging potential risks. ProboTalent also uniquely turns reference responses into a passive candidate pool, with more than 30% opting in to hear about new opportunities—expanding your talent reach effortlessly.

Designed for responsible AI, our platform prioritizes transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation, enabling more inclusive hiring. Seamlessly integrating with major ATS platforms, ProboTalent cuts time-to-hire by up to 40%, reduces turnover, and delivers an elevated experience for both recruiters and candidates.
