Mikkel Pedersen boasts extensive experience in the aquaculture industry, serving as the CEO, Founder, and Owner of The Rokter since 2019, focusing on optimizing aquaculture through innovative technologies and strategic partnerships. Concurrently, Mikkel founded Probotic, which specializes in autonomous robots for cleaning and inspecting net pens, and holds the position of Chairman of the Board at NORMS AS, which provides niche services and specialized vessels for monitoring marine environments. Prior roles include ROV Supervisor at Njord Coastal Service and various positions in logistical operations at Narvik Port and Narvikfjellet. Mikkel's entrepreneurial journey began with Pedersenskoging, focused on timber logging for power companies, complemented by an education in offshore training and fisheries.
