Brian Flach serves as the General Counsel for Probst Electric Inc. and nine other Quanta Services companies across the Western United States. Previously, Brian held several legal positions including Attorney at Wrona Law Firm and Kimball Anderson, where they specialized in complex civil, commercial, and intellectual property litigation. Brian's earlier experience includes internships at the Utah Supreme Court, Thorpe North & Western, and BioFire Defense, where they gained expertise in patent law and legal procedures. They earned a Doctor of Law degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, following a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering.
