Mayank Misra

Mayank Misra has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2005. Mayank began their career as a RF Drive Test Engineer at Wayforward Telecommunications in 2005. In 2006, they were a Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer at Kelly. The following year, they were a Radio Frequency Planning Optimization Lead at Nokia. From 2008 to 2019, they worked at Dishnet Wireless Limited (Aircel) in various roles, including Head-Network Quality, Manager - Radio Frequency Optimization, and Radio Frequency Planner (Corporate Team). In 2019, they were an Operations Manager (Corporate Vertical) at GIN Bazaar. In 2020, they were an Offshore Account Manager at HCL Technologies. In 2021, they were a Global Tech Support at Aeris Communications, where they managed a product called Ae**rak from a technology support point of view. Currently, they are the Director - Technical Development Services at Procal Technologies, Inc., where their responsibilities include, but are not limited to, implementing the organization's vision and mission in overall direction and representing the organization to existing and potential clients.

Mayank Misra completed their 10+2 from Sacred Heart Inter College Sitapur in 2000-2001. Mayank then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bhagwant Institute of Technology - India from 2001-2005. After that, they obtained a PGDBM in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2007-2011. In July 2022, they obtained a GCP Professional Cloud Architect: Google Cloud Certification from Udemy.
