Venkat Pasula

Venkat Pasula has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Venkat began their career in 1997 as a Programmer at CMOS Technologies LLC, where they developed applications using Cobol, CICS, VSAM, JCL and DB2 technologies. In 1999, they moved to AT&T as a Programmer, where they worked on the OBS-OON application, handling long-distance phone services. Venkat then worked as a Business Consultant at Household International in 2000, followed by a Solutions Architect role at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management in 2003. In 2017, they joined R3TEK (R3 Technology, Inc.) as President and CEO, where they were responsible for providing full service resource augmentation for E2E customer needs. Since 2012, they have been working at Procal Technologies Inc. as CEO, leading the company to become one of the fastest-growing firms in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Venkat has enabled companies to broaden their reach and drive strong ROI on their investments, and leads a team of professionals certified in AWS, GCP, Adobe, Microsoft and Salesforce. Venkat is also a Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the NMSDC.

Venkat Pasula has a diverse educational background. In 1991-1993, they attended AVV Junior College Warangal, where they earned their Intermediate (12th grade) with a major in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. From 1993-1997, they attended G. Pullla Reddy Engineering College, (Autonomous), Kurnool, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. In 2001-2003, they attended the University of Phoenix, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Management.
