We are a family business that has been producing typical Mallorcan sausage products for over 100 years, perfectly combining tradition and innovation - always true to our commitment to absolute quality.

Our aim is to bring those who love traditional food with character, such unique and delicious products as Sobrasada, Butifarrón and Camaiot, to the table under the brands L'illa and C'an Pere Joan.

If there is one thing that characterizes us, it is the constant interest in the continuous improvement and excellence of our products, the guarantee of the highest food safety and the use of the most modern technologies. All of this while maintaining a high level of commitment to our customers and employees, who are always committed to social responsibility and respect for the environment.
