Sharon Ingersoll

Sharon Ingersoll is a seasoned professional in validation and technical services with extensive experience across various pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as a Validation/Technical Service Manager at Sofgen Pharmaceuticals and Procaps since 2022, Sharon previously held significant positions including Validation Manager at PL Developments and Validation Engineer at STRIDES PHARMACEUTICAL. With a career that includes project leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision and JJSV, as well as a Senior Validation Engineer position at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Merck, Sharon has demonstrated expertise in validation processes, CAPA remediation, and risk assessment. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, completed between 1994 and 1997.
