Head Of Workforce And Education at ProCare

Anna Wright has a strong background in nursing and education. Anna began their career in 2011 at Auckland District Health Board, where they worked as an ADHB Nursing Entry To Practice Nurse Educator until 2016. In 2016, they joined ProCare as an Education and workforce development manager and Registered Nurse, and later advanced to the role of Associate Nursing Director in 2018. In 2021, they became the Head of Clinical Advisory Services at ProCare, and in 2023, they were promoted to Head of Workforce and Education. Anna's experience spans a wide range of roles in healthcare and education.

Anna Wright earned a Diploma in Comprehensive Nursing from CPIT (Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology) from 1986 to 1989. Anna later attended Auckland University of Technology from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a Master's in Health Science (MHSc) degree. Additionally, in May 2023, they completed the Executive Ready Program offered by Women & Leadership Australia (WLA).
