Derek Devries

Derek DeVries is the Vice President of Health Plan Operations at ProCare Advantage, where responsibilities include overseeing plan enrollment, operations, member and provider support, and ensuring compliance with regulations and vendor contracts. Derek plays a key role in setting strategic goals and mentoring teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Previous experience includes serving as Lead Director of Network Strategy at Optum, Manager of Physician Outreach and Business Development at Texas Health Huguley Hospital, Program Manager at Texas Health Resources, and Physician Liaison at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. Derek holds a Master of Business Administration in Digital Entrepreneurship from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas.
