Armando started their career at Walmart in 2015 as a Cashier, where they gained customer service skills and learned how to handle stressful situations with professionalism. Armando then joined Garage Door Medics in 2017 as a Software Integration Engineer, responsible for ensuring a smooth launch on a new platform called ServiceTitan. Armando also managed data maintenance and custom reporting. Later, they transitioned to the role of Inventory Specialist, where they created custom reports using Intuit Quickbooks and detected discrepancies in inventory tracking.
