Gary Hixson

Gary Hixson has extensive work experience in product marketing and management. Gary is currently working as a Product Marketing Manager at Procede Software since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mitchell1 for nearly 18 years, starting in November 2004 as a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, they led multiple initiatives to improve the repair information product line, including transitioning it to a software as a subscription (SAAS) business model, resulting in a doubled subscriber base and increased retention rates. Gary also created an anti-piracy group that generated over $1 million in annual revenue. Before joining Mitchell1, they worked at Acterna from May 1999 to May 2002 as a Product Manager. Their responsibilities included managing a telecommunications test product from concept to development and providing marketing support throughout the engineering and manufacturing process.

Gary Hixson obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued their MBA in Quality Manufacturing Management at the same university, completing their studies in 1999.
