Joshua Smith is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Procede Software since November 2020. Previously, Joshua held roles as a Sr. Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Volantio and Caseload Control, Inc., respectively. Joshua co-founded Caseload Control, Inc. and served as the VP of Customer Experience & Success from January 2016 to December 2019. Additional experience includes a managerial role in customer success at Izenda and general management at Parable Bookstore. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University and has prior education from Columbus State University.
