Morray Burton

Morray Burton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Morray started their career as a Quality Assurance Tester at Sony Online Entertainment, where they tested video games and submitted bug reports. Morray then worked as an Education Specialist at Zeeto Media, where they interviewed individuals about their interest in continuing education and provided information about degree programs and colleges.

From there, Morray joined AT&T Mobility as a Customer Care Representative, assisting customers with account issues and selling AT&T products and services. Morray then worked at Harte Hanks as an Account Specialist, conducting B2B marketing and acquiring leads for IT companies.

Morray's next role was as a Technical Support Representative at Cox Communications, followed by a position at Covance as a Financial Specialist, where they enrolled Multiple Sclerosis patients in financial assistance programs.

In 2016, Morray joined Affinity Sports LLC as a Technical Support Lead, providing technical support for their online sports management system and managing a team of agents. Morray also configured the Zendesk ticketing system.

After that, they worked at VersaCall Technologies Inc. as a Technical Support Consultant, providing training and support for their Andon equipment and software. Currently, Morray is employed at Procede Software as a Support Services Lead, where they manage a team and troubleshoots and resolves software issues for truck dealerships.

Morray has additional certifications in various subjects such as Building Resilience, Building Trust, Communication Foundations, Customer Service Foundations, Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers, Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting, Effective Listening, Job Skills: Learning the Basics, Phone-Based Customer Service, and Writing Customer Service Emails. These certifications were obtained in May 2018 from LinkedIn.
