Rodrigo Piccini, MSc

Rodrigo Piccini has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Rodrigo currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at Procede Software, where they work closely with the VP of Product and CTO to develop streamlined digital experiences. Rodrigo is responsible for building and owning strategic plans, goals, and initiatives that align with the company's vision. Rodrigo also leads and mentors a team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to achieve product excellence.

Prior to their current role, Rodrigo served as a Senior Product Manager at Procede Software, where they managed the integration of the company's Dealer Management System (DMS) and the Certified Partners Program. Rodrigo collaborated with various DMS integration partners to accomplish goals and worked with the Senior Architect to define and plan new integrations architecture.

Before joining Procede Software, Rodrigo worked as a Portfolio Manager for the company, where they were responsible for supporting the portfolio governance process and implementing a portfolio-planning framework. Rodrigo managed multiple projects and resources simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic plan and goals.

Rodrigo's previous experience also includes roles at Resource IT Solutions, where they served as a Project Manager overseeing new banking product management and implementation, and at GetNet - Brasil, where they worked as a Project Manager developing projects for E-Commerce, certification, frauds, and other operational areas.

During their early career, Rodrigo worked at Dell as a Sales Support Analyst, conducting process mapping and improvement, as well as an Inside Sales Representative, managing customer relationships and prospecting new customers.

Rodrigo Piccini holds a Master's degree in Computer Science (MSc) and certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Rodrigo Piccini holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the National University, which they obtained during the period of 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a program in Software Engineering Management at UC San Diego from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Information Technology Project Management. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued Graduation Studies in Project Management at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. For their undergraduate education, Rodrigo received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria from 2001 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Rodrigo has also obtained various certifications. Rodrigo holds an ITIL® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they acquired in October 2015. In November 2014, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they achieved the Certified ScrumMaster® designation from the Scrum Alliance in June 2014.
