Leighton Aviles

Leighton Aviles has a diverse work experience. They began their career in 2015 at IBM, where they worked as a Financial Sales Executive and later as a Rapid Online Financing (Inside Sales) representative until 2019. Following their time at IBM, they joined CSI Leasing, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager, where they worked until December 2020. In 2021, Leighton took on the role of MBA Student at the University of New Brunswick. They are currently working as a Business Development Representative at ProcedureFlow, focusing on improving traditional process documentation in call centers to enhance proficiency, quality, and reduce costs and attrition.

Leighton Aviles obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Development and Professional Sales from the University of New Brunswick. This educational pursuit took place from 2021 to 2022.

Before pursuing an MBA, Leighton Aviles completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. This undergraduate degree was earned between 2003 and 2007.
