Carol Pastor

Carol Pastor has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Analyst at Procenge Tecnologia since September 2015. Prior to this position, Carol worked in the billing department at ALEGRO COMÉRCIO DE MÓVEIS from March 2013 to July 2014, handling the issuance of invoices for goods. Additionally, Carol served as an Administrative Assistant at UNIC ESPAÇO DE METAS from March 2011 to March 2013, where responsibilities included training and supervising staff, customer reception, sales of various services, and providing post-sales support. Carol has pursued higher education in Business Administration at two institutions, FAFIRE - FACULDADE FRASSINETTI DO RECIFE and FACULDADE SANTA HELENA, completing studies in 2015 and 2013, respectively.
