Mustafa Dağkuş is an experienced electronics design team leader with over 15 years in R&D environments, focusing on requirements analysis, architectural design, hardware design, functional testing, and transitioning to mass production. At Procenne Digital Security, they currently lead a team of electronic engineers and technicians, managing design and production processes while integrating workflows into JIRA. Previously, they served as an avionics hardware design specialist at Baykar Technologies, where they supported team development and led multiple significant projects, including pioneering the company's first rigid-flex circuits.
