Brittney Bies

Brittney Bies, MFA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in support and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Head of Support at Procentia since December 2022, Brittney focuses on team empowerment and exceptional customer service. Prior to this, Brittney held several positions at XCD Limited, culminating as Head of Support, where responsibilities included managing technical support teams in the UK and India. With a background in payroll, finance, and curatorial projects, Brittney has also worked as a Heritage Consultant and held various roles in organizations such as Bristol Old Vic and NHS Shared Business Services. Brittney's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Curating from the University of the West of England and a BA in History and Government from the University of Redlands.
