Dieresha Smith

Dieresha Smith, MPA, MA, currently serves as an Associate Clinical Associate II and Associate Clinical Representative at PROCEPT BioRobotics since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role at ConsignMed, Inc. as a Per Diem, assisting Boston Scientific with surgical procedures in men's health and urology from October 2022 to August 2023. Dieresha also spent three years as a Licensed Realtor at CENTURY 21®, managing residential and commercial property sales in the greater Little Rock region, achieving $5MM in sales in FY 2021 and ranking #2 among 28 agents in the company. A long tenure at AT&T from April 2013 to August 2020 involved progressing through multiple managerial roles, ultimately overseeing a team of 32 and driving significant sales growth. Educational qualifications include two master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Public Administration from Webster University, and dual bachelor's degrees in Criminology and Sociology from Arkansas State University.
