Thomas Keast

Thomas Keast is a seasoned professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as Senior Director of R&D at PROCEPT BioRobotics since February 2024. Prior experience includes consulting as a Medical Device Consultant from August 2023 until February 2024. Notably, Thomas held the role of Vice President of R&D and Operations at Broncus Medical Inc. from December 1998 to March 2023, previously known as Broncus Technologies. Additional roles at Broncus included Senior Director, R&D and Operations, Principal R&D Engineer, Senior R&D Engineer, and R&D Engineer. Earlier in Thomas's career, experience as an R&D Engineer at Stryker Endoscopy spanned from May 1996 to December 1998. Thomas completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, having also attended Santa Rosa Junior College and California State University, Long Beach for mechanical engineering studies.
