Scott Shafer

Scott Shafer is the Chief Executive Officer of ProCern Technology Solutions, Inc., a role held since 2012. They have led ProCern to more than $50 million in annual revenue and over 20% year-over-year growth for the past five years, with recognitions including CRN Tech Elite 250, LogRhythm SIEM partner of the year, CIO Review Magazine, IBM for Leadership in Technology & Innovation, and Colorado Titan 100 CEO recognition, among others. Prior to ProCern, they co-founded Sherpa Business Solutions and served as President and Co-Founder from 2002 to 2005, which was acquired by Firstsource in 2005. They then served as SVP of North America at Firstsource Solutions (2005-2008), EVP of the Business Solutions Division at HOV Services (2008-2009), and President Manufacturing, Healthcare and IT at Aditya Birla Minacs (2009-2012). Earlier in their career, they were COO of MatchLogic (1997-2002), and they have advised startups and early-stage companies in technology and organic food manufacturing sectors since 2010.
