Eric Beach

Eric Beach has a diverse work experience. Eric started their career in 1995 at Eastman Chemical Company as a Summer Intern and later became a Process Improvement Engineer. In 1999, they briefly joined Accountability First as the Vice President of Account Management to support their father who had Parkinson's. Eric then returned to Eastman and took on various roles including Process Chemical Engineer, Project/Plant Manager, and Manufacturing Shipping and Services Tech Staff. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Pamolyn Production Manager, where they managed a small Eastman plant and led efforts to improve safety and compliance. In 2015, Eric joined Eastman as the Chief Process Engineer and continues to hold this position since March 2023.

Eric Beach attended Louisiana Tech University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Eric also holds a certification as an AIChE Member from the Association of International Chemical Engineers, which was obtained in 2023.
