Prior to this role, Iulia held positions as a Senior MES Engineer at Lonza and Emerson Automation Solutions, contributing to complex MES solutions for external clients such as Novartis. Iulia's expertise includes developing detailed designs, ensuring compliance with quality control processes, and engaging with clients to understand business needs. Earlier experience includes a Researcher position in Biomedical Engineering at Babes-Bolyai University and a Chemist Attend role at Comelf S.A. Iulia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Babes-Bolyai University.
