Charles Chang

Charles Chang is an accomplished marketing and product delivery expert currently serving as Chief Marketing & Delivery Officer and Head of Product Marketing & Delivery at Process Fusion since September 2021. Prior to this role, Charles held various positions at Xerox Canada from 2002 to 2021, culminating in the position of General Manager of Business Partner Alliance and Solutions Marketing. Relevant experience also includes roles as Office Solutions Consultant and System's Analyst, where Charles contributed to integrating and implementing both Xerox and partner solutions. Charles earned a degree in Network Administration from Seneca Polytechnic and a degree in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University.
