Dhara K has worked in various roles since 2009. Dhara began their career at Celgene as a Quality Control Analyst Phase I, where they were responsible for accessioning umbilical cord and placenta blood, counting viability, operating cell-dyn 3200 and flow cytometer to check the presence of WBC in blood, and reporting accurate results and filing the data for processing. In 2009, they moved to Dendreon as a Quality Control Analyst II, where they performed release testing of clinical and commercial samples using flow cytometry, ELISA, endotoxin, Gram stain, viability, and CBC techniques to 99.9% accuracy standard, and scheduled associates on a weekly basis to provide adequate staffing for release testing. In 2013, Dhara K moved to Forest Laboratories as a QA Coordinator, where they maintained filing systems and archives for both electronic and paper-based documentation, performed document control functions for SOPs using eDocs, and word processed and distributed departmental documentation. In 2014, they began working at Process Stream as the Director Of Managed Care. Currently, they are the Director of Managed Services at Sikich, a position they have held since 2021.

Dhara K completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2013. Dhara also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers University. Additionally, Dhara has obtained the Sparta Core Accreditation Exam R (w/Analytics) certification.
