Ashley Chain

Ashley Chain has worked in various roles in the recruitment and operations space since 2012. Ashley began their career at Robert Half Legal as an Account Executive, then a Senior Account Executive and Division Director. In 2013, they joined Axiom as a Recruitment Coordinator and then a Recruitment Analyst. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Toptal as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiting Operations Specialist, and Recruiting Operations Manager. Finally, they worked at Process Street from 2019 to the present as a People & Operations Manager, Manager, People & Operations, and Director of People & Operations.

Ashley Chain attended the University of Houston Law Center from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Jurisdoctorate in Law. Prior to that, they attended Texas A&M University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a BA in Communications.
