Blake Bailey

Director of Customer Success / Head of Customer Success at Process Street

Blake Bailey has a wealth of work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. In 2010, they served as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience. In 2011, they were the Director of Programming and Director of Orientation at Florida Atlantic University, where they led a team of four and utilized a budget of over $150,000 to plan and execute entertaining and educational events aimed at building the campus community. In 2014, they worked at the Society for Neuroscience as a Professional Development and Global Programs Assistant, where they worked interdepartmentally with developers and end-users to create and refine two digital grant applications, an online program fund tracking resource, and the launch of an online community for 30,000+ members. Blake also managed two separate communities of Domestic and International grant recipients through digital communications, webinars, tailored content, and physical events. In 2015, they were a Cofounder and CEO of Project VENN, where they founded and built a company to digitally match people based on shared personalities and interests. Blake also grew the VENN community globally around the concept of bringing people together for friendship, and built a team of highly talented co-founders, volunteers, and advisors. Finally, in 2017, they worked at Process Street as the Director of Customer Success / Head of Customer Success, Customer Success Team Lead, and Customer Success Manager.

Blake Bailey attended Blanche Ely High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned their diploma. Blake then attended Florida Atlantic University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience.
