Jay's career began at Merrill Lynch, progressing from a temporary position to Managing Director, Head of Global Wealth Capital Markets, contributing significantly to capital markets operations. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Dartmouth College.
