Cait Shick

Cait Shick has extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as Production Manager at Process Technology since November 2018, while also holding a role as Operations Manager at DHL Supply Chain since December 2014, managing over 130 employees across multiple shifts. In previous roles, Cait was an Operations Supervisor responsible for inventory management for Philips Medical, and a Crew Manager and Event Planner at ADS Lighting and Staging, overseeing equipment maintenance and human resources for a team of 12. Additional experience includes serving as Production Control Supervisor and Interior Coordinator at Nextant Aerospace, where responsibilities included tracking parts for aircraft, managing interior package components, and coordinating production schedules. Cait is a graduate of Hiram College.
