Patrick Monroe

Patrick Monroe has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Patrick began their career in 1972 at Curtis 1000, where they worked as a Sales representative. After that, they moved to HTB INDUSTRIES in 1974, where they also worked in Sales. In 1976, they joined Ford Motor Company as an Engine Plant Manager, overseeing Material Planning & Logistics activities and managing a team of employees. Patrick remained there until 2007. In 2008, they joined Western Enterprises as a Production Planner for a brief period of time. Since 2010, they have been working at Process Technology, first as a Production Planning Manager until 2019, and currently serving as a Finance Specialist.

Patrick Monroe earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 1968 to 1972. Patrick later obtained a Master's of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University in June 1989.
