Damon Griffin

Damon Griffin has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Regional Sales Manager at ProcessBarron, where they lead sales efforts in Texas. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Account Manager at Concrete Support Systems, LLC from September 2021 to October 2022. Damon also served as an Outside Sales Account Manager at Commercial Metals Company from August 2014 to May 2021. Damon's earlier career includes 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where they held various roles such as Canvassing Recruiter, SNCOIC (Area Commander), and ARI (Trainer/Mentor). Throughout this time, they trained and mentored over 500 Marine recruiters and SNCOICs, focusing on prospecting and selling skills.
