Previous roles encompass quality control management and inspection at McCain Engineering, NDT technician positions at Golden Rule Inspection and Wicks & Associates, and facility management at John Carroll Catholic High School, where Joshua oversaw a janitorial and maintenance team and managed the annual budget.
