Lonnie Ball is currently the Director of Quality at ProcessBarron, where they implement Quality Management Systems and enhance operational efficiencies using lean and six sigma tools. Previously, Lonnie held various quality-related positions at BAE Systems, Inc., ARD Logistics, and Gulf Shore Assemblies LLC from 2016 to 2024. Lonnie began their career as a Telecom Contractor at Priority One and transitioned to a Lean Engineer role at Parker Hannifin, where they facilitated lean manufacturing practices. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Blue Mountain College between 1994 and 1996.
