Xavier Lefroy has a solid work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Xavier is currently working at Processia as the Global Talent Acquisition Director since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini as a Talent Acquisition Manager from March 2018 to January 2022.
