Edgardo Silva Mot

Edgardo Silva MoT, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and information systems. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager and Head of Professional Services at ProcessMaker since March 2009, Edgardo oversees the Professional Services department to deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality services. Prior experience includes a role as Researcher at Capgemini Consulting focused on Business Models for Mobile Payments in Europe, Information Systems Engineer at the Internal Revenue Service in Bolivia, leading engineering efforts for new products, and Database Technician at the National Elections Court. Edgardo holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Universidad Católica Boliviana, complemented by additional higher education from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés.
