Erica Heilmann

Erica Heilmann is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sales and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Account Executive at ProcessMaker since July 2025, Erica previously worked as a Sales Development Representative at NoRedInk, where responsibilities included cold calling and various sales skills. Prior to that, Erica held a Sales Associate position at Designed For Joy, also focusing on cold calling and social media engagement. As the Owner and Founder of Gathering Gallery from November 2021 to June 2024, Erica established an organization dedicated to employing adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while supporting local creatives. Erica's entrepreneurial experience also includes founding Man in the Moon Vintage, where product design and customer engagement strategies were key focuses. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Learning & Instruction from the College of Charleston.
