Bill Woodall

Bill Woodall is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in the field of statistics. Currently serving as Professor Emeritus and Professor of Statistics at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University since 2000, Bill Woodall has had a significant impact on the academic community. Prior to this role, Bill Woodall held the position of Professor of Statistics at the University of Alabama from 1989 to 2000 and served as an Assistant and Associate Professor at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1982 to 1989. Bill Woodall earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Statistics from Virginia Tech, where a Master's degree in Statistics was also obtained. The academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Millsaps College.
