Danell Allenspach

Danell is the Support Manager at ProcessPro. She has been a part of the Support team since its inception in 2009, and has built a team of support specialists to manage all client inquires nationwide. As the Support Manager, she oversees, develops, and mentors personnel to align the department needs with the company’s sales growth initiatives. Danell has been a dedicated service professional and prides herself on developing strong relationships with clients while fostering open communication and collaboration. Previously, Danell served as the Information Systems Director for seven of her 18 years at the St. Cloud Times / Times Media newspaper company. Here she fostered her information technology knowledge and developed her team leading skills.
