Mukund H K has held various roles in the IT and customer support fields since 1989. Mukund began their career as a Software Executive for Virmati Banking Computer Services in 1989. In 1992, they moved to BT SOLDERS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Computer Operator. In 1996, they became an Accounts Supervisor for DTDC Express Limited. In 1998, they were an Area Manager-Customer Support for Virmati Software & Telecommunications Ltd. In 2010, they were a DGM for SHARADA TECH SERVICES. Finally, in 2012, they became the Team Manager-Customer Support for Processware Systems (P) Ltd.

Mukund H K completed a Diploma in Computer Programming and Applications from CALYPSO LEASING PRIVATE LIMITED in 1987. Mukund also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Bangalore University between 1983 and 1987, with a focus on Accounting.
