Larry Ward

Lawrence Ward is a seasoned finance and accounting executive in the construction industry, currently serving as Principal at ProCFO Partners, where they deliver expert CFO insights to small and medium-sized businesses. They have a long-standing tenure at Vanguard Modular Building Systems, having been with the company since 1998 and previously holding the role of CFO for 15 years. Lawrence's extensive experience includes roles as a CPA, controller, and a marine engineer, complemented by a Master's Degree in Accountancy from Bentley University and a Bachelor's in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Additionally, Lawrence contributes to the community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Lionville Youth Association.
