Bill Lynch has worked in the professional world since 1998, when they co-founded ProChain Solutions, Inc. as President and created the Quick Start Program, which helps Project Managers find a more effective way to execute projects. Bill also co-authored the book The Project Manifesto: Transforming Your Life & Work with Critical Chain Values. In 2012, they founded Washington Spirit, a soccer organization for young girls and women. Through this organization, Bill has seen the positive impact the sport can have on many aspects of their lives.

Bill Lynch obtained a Masters Degree in Liberal Arts from Texas Christian University between 1987 and 1989. From 1990 to 1991, they attended the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, where they received an MS Logistics Mgmt. Bill completed their undergraduate degree at Wilkes University, where they earned a BS in Electrical Engineering with minors in Math, Physics, and Psychology between 1981 and 1986.
