Norman Patnode

Principal, Director of Client Education Strategies at ProChain Solutions

Norman Patnode has over 25 years of professional experience. Norman began their career in 1994 with the US Air Force, where they served as Chief of C-17 Aircraft Final Assembly and Assistant Chief of Lean Logistics. In 2000, they joined the Defense Acquisition University as a Professor of Program Management and Leadership, where they taught management and leadership disciplines to DoD and key defense industry acquisition personnel. In 2004, they joined ProChain Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Consultant and Principal, Director of Client Education Strategies. In these roles, they worked with all levels of personnel to implement critical chain project management and coached, mentored, and facilitated the concepts, skills, and software tools needed for successful implementation.

Norman Patnode received their MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Tennessee Space Institute in 1991. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in Aerospace & Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech.
