Jithin J

Jithin J currently holds the position of Assistant Team Lead at Prochant since October 2023. With previous experience at Prochant India also as an Assistant Team Lead, Jithin has a background in managing team production, SLA monitoring, quality analysis in US Healthcare, sales force responses, audits, and work allocation. Prior to this, Jithin worked as a Senior AR Caller at Castle Medical India, dealing with RCM - Medical billing for US Healthcare providers. Earlier roles included being an AR Caller at Navigant and a Process Associate at RR Donnelley. Jithin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kerala and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from MVHSS.
