Lacy Hatcher

Lacy Hatcher has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, marketing, and technical writing. Lacy worked at ProChem, Inc. from 2013 to present, starting as a Technical Writer and later taking on roles such as Marketing Coordinator, Communications Program Manager, HR Manager, and currently as the HR Director. Lacy played a key role in recruiting and retaining top talent, strategizing with leadership, managing marketing activities, and ensuring a positive work environment. Before joining ProChem, they worked at Meridium as a Sr. Technical Writer, where they provided documentation for asset performance management software and trained new team members.

Lacy Hatcher attended Roanoke College from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Lacy'sstudies focused on English, Education, and Creative Writing. Additionally, in May of 2018, they acquired the Associate Professional in Human Resources™ (aPHR™) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
