Vincent QUEROLLE

Vincent Querolle is the founder of AEKITAS Conseil, established in 2020, where they focus on guiding large organizations through social transitions and negotiations. With over 30 years in human resources and social relations at Safran and IDEMIA, Vincent has contributed to significant transformations within these companies. They currently serve on the Board of Directors at L'Opcommerce and are involved in educational initiatives at Université Paris Dauphine, teaching a master's course on negotiations and social relations. Vincent's extensive experience includes leadership roles and innovative policy implementation in HR, enhancing social dialogue and organizational well-being.
