Taylor Herr

Taylor Herr is an attorney and in-house counsel at ProCircular. Prior to joining ProCircular, they worked as an associate attorney at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP from December 2021 to April 2022. Taylor also served as an associate attorney at Miller Weisbrod, Attorneys At Law from July 2021 to November 2021, and as a law clerk at Hupy and Abraham, S.C. from August 2020 to March 2021. In addition, they worked as an associate attorney at The Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni and Brown PLLC from April 2021 to June 2021.

Before their career in law, Taylor served as a senior managing editor at the Journal of Gender, Race & Justice from August 2018 to May 2020. Taylor also worked as a research assistant for Dean Adrien Wing at the University of Iowa College of Law from August 2018 to April 2019.

Taylor began their career as a summer intern with the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division in May 2018. Taylor then attended the University of Iowa College of Law, where they graduated with their Juris Doctor in May 2020.

Taylor Herr has a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.A. in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. Taylor is certified by the Texas Board of Law Examiners and the Iowa Board of Law Examiners to practice law in their respective states, and is also certified by LexisNexis as a Professional Research Certified attorney.
